"Alyson has been teaching my two children ages 5 and 6 since the youngest was 18 months old. She is a wonderfully patient and informative teacher. At first, she taught my children the joy of swimming without pressure. They quickly learned how to swim confidently in the pool. Alyson is able to teach effectively while maintaining a fun and nurturing atmosphere. My daughter was so capable that she made the swim team just after turning 6! "My two boys now 9 and 12 started swimming with Alyson and Danielle when they were barely walking. Between group lessons and private lessons with Alyson my children became avid swimmers at very early age. Her teaching techniques with my children worked! She is persistent and consistent and doesn’t take no for an answer. She makes learning how to swim fun. My younger son has always been a bit of a challenge. He is the kid who is under water when the teacher is talking. Alyson took my challenging son and dedicated herself to making him a better swimmer and making him interested in learning. Her dedication carved the pathway for both my sons to join the local swim team They both LOVE to swim and we owe that all to Alyson."
